Every property is different. We start by understanding how you want to use the space, then help determine the right Azenco product, layout, options and installation approach.

Initial consultation

We discuss your goals, location, dimensions, budget range, desired features and timing. We also review whether the project is attached, freestanding, residential, hospitality or commercial.

Site review

We evaluate measurements, sun exposure, drainage, mounting conditions, access, electrical needs and potential permitting considerations.

Product recommendation

We recommend the right Azenco solution — R-BLADE, R-SHADE, K-BANA, R-BREEZE, R-CAR or accessories — based on how the space will be used.

Proposal & options

You receive a project proposal with the selected model, approximate dimensions, options, colors, controls, lighting, screens and installation scope.

Order coordination

Once approved, we coordinate ordering, production details and delivery timing. We’ll clarify payment milestones, delivery responsibility and installation sequencing before work begins.

Installation & walkthrough

Installation is coordinated with the appropriate trades, followed by system testing, controls overview and final walkthrough.
